The Over Achiever vs Nirvana: two GTD apps compared, feature by feature (2026)

Nirvana is one of the longest-running GTD® apps: inbox, next, waiting, scheduled and someday lists, projects, areas, tags, and next actions filtered by energy and time, on the web, iOS, Android, Mac and Windows. Its site lists a free plan and a Pro plan at $3 a month billed annually ($36 a year). The Over Achiever carries the same lists and adds the levels above projects, goals, vision and purpose, a guided weekly and monthly review, attachments and Google Calendar, on iPhone, iPad and the web, at $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a free trial.

A note on method: we make The Over Achiever. The table is built from what each vendor publishes on its own site, features, platforms and prices as of September 2026, not from our opinion of the other app. Check both sites for current prices.
