Todoist is a general task manager used by many for GTD®: projects, sections, labels, four priority levels, custom filters, recurring dates, reminders, comments with files, and a two-way Google Calendar sync, on every platform and in more than twenty languages. Its site lists a free Beginner plan (five projects, three filters) and a Pro plan at $5 a month billed yearly ($60) or $7 monthly; its own guide explains how to set GTD up with labels and filters. The Over Achiever has the GTD lists, the horizons of focus and the guided weekly and monthly reviews built in, with next actions filtered by context, energy and time, on iPhone, iPad and the web, at $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a free trial.
A note on method: we make The Over Achiever. The table is built from what each vendor publishes on its own site, features, platforms and prices as of September 2026, not from our opinion of the other app. Check both sites for current prices.
